Its body maintenance, we look after cars so they are reliable and do not break down, so why would you not do the same with your body. We can and do change our cars numerous times in our lifetime, our body is the most amazing machine, we have got it for life and cannot change it so why would you not look after it. Pain in your body is like a warning light on a car dash board to say something needs attention, if its on the car dashboard we get it sorted, if we get pain our body people tend to think 'that will go away' or take pain killers which mask it rather than resolve the issue.

Massage has evolved from our basic instinct of touch to help reduce our own pain levels on areas of our body which are affected by pain and it is one of the oldest forms of therapy. It has been used for many thousands of years by many different cultures from ancient times to the modern day.
